Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DIREKT, an anonymous, AI-matched real estate marketplace operated by Direkt L.L.C ("DIREKT," "we," "us"). By using the app, you agree to them.

1. What DIREKT is

DIREKT lets you browse real estate listings, get AI-guided recommendations, and connect anonymously with developers — without disclosing your identity until you choose to. DIREKT facilitates this connection; we are not a party to, and do not guarantee, any resulting sale, reservation, or contract between you and a developer.

2. Your anonymous handle

On first use, the app assigns you a private handle. You're responsible for your own device and app data — if you clear it, you'll be issued a new handle and lose access to your previous saved units, chat history, and wallet balance tied to the old one.

3. Identity reveal

Revealing your identity is entirely your choice, made explicitly before reserving a unit. Once revealed, your name, mobile number, and email are shared only with the specific developer for that specific unit — not with any other developer, and not for marketing purposes.

4. The reward program

If you close a deal through DIREKT, you may be eligible for a reward of 1% of the unit's value, credited to your in-app wallet. If you were referred by another user's code, that user may receive a referral reward.

Rewards are not automatic. Every submitted deal is manually reviewed and verified before any reward is paid — we check the contract reference and deal details before approving payment. We reserve the right to reject any submission we reasonably believe is fraudulent, duplicated, or does not represent a genuine transaction.

Fraud and abuse. Creating multiple handles to self-refer, submitting duplicate or falsified contract references, or otherwise attempting to manipulate the reward program is prohibited. We use automated checks (including duplicate-submission detection and submission-rate limits) alongside manual review to protect the integrity of the program, and may withhold, reverse, or reclaim rewards obtained through prohibited conduct, and suspend the handles involved.

Reward percentages, referral amounts, and eligibility rules may change; we'll reflect updates here.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Creating multiple accounts/handles to abuse the reward or referral program
• Submitting false, duplicated, or manipulated contract or deal information
• Using the anonymous calling/video system to harass or contact developers for purposes unrelated to a genuine property inquiry
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or the anonymity protections built into the app
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or reselling listing data obtained through DIREKT

6. Listings and developer information

Unit prices, availability, and specifications are provided by developers and are subject to change without notice. DIREKT makes reasonable efforts to keep listings current but does not guarantee their accuracy. Always confirm final terms directly with the developer before reserving.

7. No warranty

DIREKT is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular AI recommendation, meeting, or deal will lead to a successful outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIREKT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including disputes between you and a developer arising from a transaction facilitated through the platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
